Master of Science in Nurse Anesthesia

To become a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) one must complete a Master of Science in Nurse Anesethesia (MSNA) program. You must be a registered nurse (RN) with a bachelor’s degree in order to apply to MSNA programs. Nurse anesthesia programs are usually 24-36 months of continuous semesters involving didactic (classroom) and clinical education.
